Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJohan Morganti is a Senior Technical Account Manager based in Singapore with a decade of experience helping enterprise customers get measurable value from observability platforms. Over the past several years at Datadog he progressed from Solution Engineer to Solution Engineering Manager and now to Senior Technical Account Manager, blending deep technical expertise with customer-facing leadership. His background in network architecture and pre-sales engineering gives him a strong foundation for troubleshooting complex distributed systems and translating technical priorities into business outcomes. Comfortable leading teams and owning strategic customer relationships, he has repeatedly moved into roles of greater scope within the same fast-moving company. Fluent in both technical detail and stakeholder engagement, he often bridges gaps between engineering, product, and operations to accelerate adoption. An early technologist who once served as a VP at a startup and trained at Télécom Paris, he brings both entrepreneurial grit and formal technical training to enterprise SaaS.
