Top SchoolJohandry Amador is a Senior Member of Technical Staff and seasoned infrastructure, DevOps and software engineer with 15+ years automating systems for Fortune 500 customers and over a decade focused on cloud-native platforms. He is a Certified Kubernetes Application Developer and Docker Certified Associate who builds production-grade tooling in Go, Python, Ruby and shell—authoring projects like KubeKit, Reeve and a Kubernetes NFS operator used in real deployments. His expertise spans AWS, IBM Cloud, EKS/AKS/OpenShift, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible and Puppet, and he has accelerated provisioning workflows that cut environment setup from days to hours. A former sysadmin turned cloud engineer, he blends low-level automation (Bash/Perl) with modern microservices, gRPC and REST architectures, and often uses Docker and local Kubernetes for development and testing. Based in San Diego, he brings a rare mix of hands-on systems engineering and open-source craftsmanship, evidenced by reusable tooling deployed across multiple production clusters.
