Top SchoolJohannes Jakob is a professional designer and artist based in Leipzig with a decade of experience crafting multi-sensory experiences that consider visual, auditory, and haptic interactions. At ottonova he shapes complex workflows and interfaces—designing internal customer management tools, mobile apps, marketing materials, and evolving the design system—to make insurance processes more efficient and humane. He holds a BA in Integrated Design and studied Graphic Design in Plymouth, and is completing an MA in Intermedia Design, bringing both academic rigor and experimental practice to product work. Johannes also shares his craft through teaching, having lectured at Hochschule Anhalt, which informs his knack for translating theory into usable systems. Colleagues describe him as a designer who balances delight with operational clarity, often prototyping beyond pixels to test sensory and interaction hypotheses.
