Senior🎓
Top SchoolJohn Adib is an engineering manager and veteran software engineer with 17+ years of hands-on experience building high-impact web platforms and leading teams from MVP to multi-million dollar products. Based in London on a UK Global Talent Visa, he has repeatedly improved delivery velocity and reliability—migrating CI/CD to GitHub Actions for instant, dependable deploys and cutting page load times by up to 60%. He combines full‑stack fluency (TypeScript/Node, PHP, Next.js, Terraform, Kubernetes) with product-facing leadership, having co-founded startups, launched an automated app factory, and driven a booking platform that created new revenue streams. A recognised mentor and national awardee, he pairs pragmatic engineering (design systems, Atomic Design, extensive test automation) with security and scalability expertise demonstrated by building a WAF that blocks 99% of attacks. Notably, he ships fast: a production auth panel with passkey and RBAC in three days using AI-assisted tooling, reflecting a bias for rapid, safe delivery.
