Top SchoolJohn-david Wuarin is a founder and AI systems engineer with 13 years of experience building and deploying AI in complex, real-world environments—from IBM Watson research to customer-facing products. He co-founded Humanise.AI to bring AI-powered live chat into regulated sectors like legal and healthcare, and now runs Barnacle Labs to help clients make sense of generative AI and incubate applied solutions. His background spans full-stack engineering, production Java apps, and data-driven platforms (including a pension management startup he built end-to-end), enabling him to move ideas from prototype to production. Trained in operations research at Columbia and economics at St. Gallen, he combines quantitative rigor with product-led entrepreneurship and a knack for simplifying technical complexity for business users.
