He combines hands-on coding and interface design with executive-level product strategy, having driven $100M+ SAM expansion and contributed to $70M startup revenue growth through cross-functional leadership. John architected enterprise design systems and Agentic Design Systems that link AI-native workflows to production-ready code, accelerating prototyping and improving trust in AI outputs. He has a track record of turning complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive, high-trust user journeys—most notably leading a flagship audit platform whose delivery supported a multimillion-dollar acquisition.
