Summary
👤
SeniorJohn Jiang is a seasoned program and product manager based in Sydney with over 13 years of hands-on experience delivering digital products and business transformation across financial services. As Morningstar’s Program Manager for Australia he leads cross-functional teams to prioritise and execute high-impact initiatives, drawing on deep domain knowledge of investment data feeds, CMS-driven web experiences, and financial planning tools. He has a strong track record of shipping global marketing sites and integrated tools, running distributed delivery with offshore teams, and translating complex data integrations into reliable production services. Earlier roles spanning Macquarie, AMP and fintechs built his strengths in data feed architecture, stakeholder facilitation and end-to-end product lifecycle management. John brings a pragmatic, execution-first mindset while coaching teams in Agile practices and modern analytics, and he starts most days with a 6:30 AM round of golf to sharpen focus and decision clarity. Notably, he blends technical solution design with commercial product instincts—making him equally at home in code-level discussions and executive roadmaps.
