Senior🎓
Top SchoolJohn Kosinski is a Chief Technology Officer with 25+ years of experience designing high-constraint systems across blockchain, trading infrastructure, embedded IoT, and C++ backends. He combines hands-on engineering—porting SDKs, authoring secure smart contracts, and building ESP32 prototypes—with strategic architecture, recently launching Hamza Labs’ DeCom marketplace and pioneering on-chain US Treasury bond funds. Comfortable leading R&D and founding elite remote teams, he moves quickly from prototype to race-to-market wins while maintaining rigorous testing and security practices. His background spans finance (Morgan Stanley), enterprise C++ engines (Alteryx), and consumer IoT, giving him a rare blend of low-level systems expertise and web3 product instincts. Based in Mobile, Alabama, he also has a longstanding interest in integrating gaming and blockchain, having bridged Unity with token systems and .NET SDKs for community use. Collected experience in both embedded constraints and distributed ledger design makes him adept at turning auditable, high-assurance concepts into production realities.
