Top SchoolJohn Lester is a cypherpunk software executive and co-founder with over two decades of cross-disciplinary experience spanning neuroscience, immersive education, and decentralized finance. He builds and operates permissionless payment infrastructure and Web3 creator tools—currently co-founding EclairBTC and serving as VP of Operations for Oneiro and npayme Labs—while contributing to open-source projects like Ravencoin and running Bitcoin Lightning routing nodes. A proven community builder and product leader, he scaled virtual world initiatives at Linden Lab and pioneered medical education platforms at Harvard and Mass General. His work uniquely blends deep technical product strategy with grassroots community stewardship, focused on self-sovereignty, identity, and financial inclusion in emerging markets. Off the clock he restores antique clocks and collects art, a hint at his patient, systems-oriented approach to complex problems.
