Top SchoolJohn Ndwiga is a results-driven Group Systems Support Engineer with nine years of hands-on experience optimizing enterprise IT and core banking environments from Nairobi. He specializes in high-availability systems and integrations—leading SAP S/4HANA upgrades, supporting Core Banking integrations, and administering Azure AD and virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V. Equally comfortable in incident-led firefighting and proactive automation, he uses Python and PowerShell to streamline operations, performs API testing with Postman and SOAP UI, and enforces ITIL change and SLA processes. His background spans level‑2 banking support, ERP/SAP functional and technical troubleshooting, and practical DevOps deployment support, giving him a rare full-stack operational perspective. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science and holding OCI Foundations certification, he pairs academic ambition with steady production experience. Outside formal roles he’s maintained freelance development and support work—an indication of ongoing curiosity and a penchant for “giving life to machines.”
