Top SchoolJohny Jose is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer based in Berlin with 10 years of experience building production-ready AI systems that scale. He has driven large-scale distributed training and deployment at eyeo, delivering a 9× scalability gain and 10× cost reduction while optimizing browser-ready models to ~700 KB with sub-30 ms latency. His background spans cyber-security focused NLP and vision work at CloudSEK—where he beat commercial APIs with custom detectors—and end-to-end ML platforms on Google Cloud with drift detection and CI automation. Comfortable across research and production, Johny combines model efficiency, real-time pipelines, and benchmark-driven experimentation to ship impactful solutions for millions of users. A practical problem-solver, he’s as likely to tune a graph-convolution model for inference as to design the CI and container orchestration that keeps it running reliably.
