Top SchoolJon Cockle is a senior digital leader and entrepreneur with 14+ years building and scaling consumer-facing products across Asia, currently leading Bannerbear and known for driving Aviva’s mobile and web transformation in the region. He blends hands-on product, UX and growth expertise with engineering sensibilities—recruiting and converting waterfall teams into agile product squads that tripled sales through continuous optimization. A two-time founder with successful exits, he writes on growth hacking and founded Bannerbear, a template-driven image automation API used to streamline creative production. His experience spans financial services, ecommerce and consumer internet, and includes launching products and offices across Japan, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Recognised as a speaker and thought leader on digital growth, lean methodology and emerging tech, he also set up UX research practices and partnered with startups on capabilities like facial recognition. Not obvious from titles: he repeatedly achieves rapid go-to-market traction by combining content-led acquisition with data-driven onboarding and lifecycle tactics.
