Top SchoolJon Maskrey is a Lead Frontend Developer with nearly two decades of professional experience and nine years focused on modern front-end engineering, currently driving frontend delivery at Vafo Digital. He specialises in React, Angular, HTML5/CSS3 and accessibility, and has led modernization efforts—migrating legacy web apps to Next.js/React and componentizing large multilingual applications. Jon blends hands-on implementation with team leadership, mentoring, estimation and client-facing consultancy for public and private sector organisations including healthcare and higher education. He maintains design consistency through Style Dictionary and Storybook practices, champions usability and accessibility through testing and research, and is known for reliably shipping to tight deadlines.
