Top SchoolJon-michael Dreher is a product leader and co-founder with nine years of experience turning user research and technical execution into measurable business impact. He has increased delivery velocity by 80%, accelerated time-to-market, and slashed operational workflows through pragmatic process design while building and shipping customer-facing platforms. Comfortable toggling between strategy and hands-on engineering, he has implemented full-stack solutions using Next.js, Supabase, PostHog and Vercel to launch an early travel registry and honeymoon planning MVP. His background as a frontend engineer and consultant gives him a rare blend of UX-first thinking, technical ownership, and stakeholder fluency. Based in the Salt Lake City area, he thrives in lean startups where prioritization and rapid validation unlock new markets. He also brings a non-obvious edge from early work in real estate and training, which sharpened his operational rigor and client-facing instincts.
