Top SchoolJon Pascoe is a Director of Engineering based in London with 16 years of software experience spanning full-stack development, release management, and systems architecture. He has progressed from hands-on roles—building a POS system used by 200+ golf clubs and shipping frontend mobile apps—to senior leadership at Mettle and NatWest Boxed, where he now oversees engineering delivery and scaling. Technically grounded in modern web stacks like React, Angular, React Native and Ruby on Rails, he pairs product-facing UI experience with deep operational know-how from release and systems roles. Jon has a track record of stepping into short-term architectural challenges to design test and deployment platforms that enable confident scaling. Comfortable oscillating between coding and leading, he brings a pragmatic focus on reliability, test automation and developer velocity. Trained in Computer Science at the University of Nottingham, he blends legacy systems expertise with contemporary cloud-native practices.
