Top SchoolJon Tørresdal is a seasoned technology leader and software architect with nearly three decades of hands-on experience in software development, cloud platforms and DevOps, now focused on senior technical and executive roles. He has led engineering organisations from startup-size teams to global product platforms—most recently as CEO of ScaleAQ Software—while remaining deeply involved in architecture, Kubernetes-based infrastructure and cloud-native practices across AWS, Azure and GCP. Jon combines strategic leadership with practical delivery, having built SRE and DevOps organisations, scaled distributed teams across Norway, Vietnam and Chile, and driven platform thinking in industrial domains like aquaculture and banking. An active contributor to open-source tooling, he has implemented and hardened Azure API Management support in the widely used Terraform provider for azurerm, demonstrating his ability to bridge cloud APIs and infrastructure-as-code. Known for servant leadership, transparency and continuous improvement, he seeks roles where he can pair organisational strategy with hands-on architecture and product work. Based in Bergen, Norway, Jon brings a rare blend of CEO-level perspective and deep technical craftsmanship.
