Top SchoolJonas Bauernschubert is a Testingenieur Medizintechnik with nine years of experience in clinical and R&D environments, currently at Siemens Healthineers after roles at SYNG4 and the Universitätsklinikum Erlangen. He combines hands-on neuroradiology practice—as deputy head MTRA—with a vocational and academic foundation in medical radiology technology (B.Sc., 1.7) and earlier studies in electrical engineering. His expertise spans MRI, angiography and medical physics, applied to both patient-facing imaging workflows and medical device testing. Jonas brings practical regulatory and quality-awareness from university hospital operations into product-level testing and R&D. He is comfortable bridging clinical needs and engineering requirements, translating complex imaging physics into verifiable test protocols. Based in Erlangen, he leverages this hybrid clinical-engineering background to accelerate safe, usable imaging technologies.
