Senior🎓
Top SchoolJonas Graterol is a senior software development engineer and startup CTO who blends 15+ years of full-stack experience with a practical focus on shipping fast and maintaining enterprise-grade quality. Currently at Versapay and serving as a fractional CTO, he accelerates product delivery by pairing architectural oversight with AI-augmented development workflows that deliver 2–3x speedups. Comfortable across frontend, backend, databases and deployments, he repeatedly moves from prototype to scalable product—evidenced by past CTO roles and current startups Webler.ai and Vrzus.app. He routinely uses coding agents in his workflow while ensuring 100% human-reviewed output, making AI a productivity multiplier rather than a blind shortcut. Based in Guadalajara, Mexico, Jonas offers fractional CTO + dev firepower for startups that need senior leadership and hands-on execution in weeks, not months.
