Senior🎓
Top SchoolJonas Grønbek is a pragmatic full-stack software engineer with eight years of experience building end-to-end web and mobile applications, currently contributing at the LEGO Group. He has led small teams and owned entire codebases and infrastructure for bespoke ERP and consumer projects, combining TypeScript, React/React Native, NestJS, and cloud services across Azure and AWS. Jonas is strong at aligning stakeholders, managing backlogs, and introducing structure to both team processes and code to reliably ship complex integrations like payments and ERP connectors. He’s comfortable running CI/CD pipelines, multi-environment deployments, and database design for Postgres, MongoDB and Redis, often making technical decisions and mentoring developers. Based in Birkerød, Denmark, he blends hands-on implementation with operational responsibility—an engineer who deliberately balances delivery velocity with maintainable architecture. An eye for planning and expectation management sets him apart from developers who focus only on code.
