Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolJonas Hulthén is a Stockholm-based consultant and builder with 11 years of software and DevOps experience who now splits his time between AI consulting, CTO duties at Webnation AB, and early-stage ventures. He combines hands-on development in modern web stacks (Next.js and end-to-end builds) with product-level thinking from co-founding startups and running operations as a former COO. Jonas speaks internationally about growth mindset and psychological safety, where he leverages personal experience overcoming public-speaking anxiety to coach teams. An open-source enthusiast and "keeper of keys and grounds," he focuses on practical AI adoption—helping teams integrate models and workflows without getting lost in tooling hype. He left a beloved role at Nordnet in 2026 to pursue more adventurous, ambiguous projects that prioritize learning and velocity. Expect a pragmatic engineer who deliberately chooses slightly terrifying paths to accelerate both personal and product growth.
