Top SchoolJonatas De Mello is an engineering manager based in Ottawa with over a decade of hands-on software development and leadership experience, currently guiding teams at Xello to improve velocity, quality and delivery while continuing to contribute code on complex features. He combines pragmatic full‑stack expertise in C#, SQL Server and Azure with proven process improvements—streamlining CI/CD, slashing data processing times from an hour to minutes, and shrinking localization rollouts from weeks to a day. Earlier roles across transportation, education tech and global enterprise taught him to translate operational constraints into durable, maintainable systems and reduce support overhead through documentation and automation.
