Top SchoolJônatas Santos is a Senior Fullstack Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web platforms and modernizing legacy systems across frontend and backend stacks. He combines deep expertise in TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL and cloud platforms with a product-focused mindset, routinely turning architectural bottlenecks into maintainable, high-velocity platforms and monorepos. As a technical lead he has driven cross-functional delivery—aligning Product, Design, QA, and Data—while mentoring teams and defining standards that measurably improved time-to-market and developer productivity. He’s delivered AI-driven developer tooling and multi-agent workflows that compressed feature cycles from weeks to days and built LLM-augmented chatbots and automation for complex enterprise domains like hospitality and e-commerce. Comfortable shipping both UI design systems and robust backend integrations, he blends pragmatic engineering with a knack for documentation-driven and AI-assisted workflows that scale teams as well as systems. Based in Brazil, he pairs advanced study in data science and machine learning with a proven track record of turning complex requirements into production-ready SaaS features.
