Top SchoolJonathan Allen is a seasoned manager and architect with 11+ years building database and middle-tier systems across healthcare, mortgage insurance, robotics, and professional sports from his San Diego base. At KPMG US he leads architecture efforts that bridge complex domains, drawing on hands-on experience delivering middle-tier solutions like GE’s MultiOmyx and the UI for Symbotic’s automated warehouse. His background includes enterprise services development, technical editing and code review for .NET ecosystems, and a history of team leadership at financial services firms. Jonathan combines deep systems-design expertise with practical delivery skills, often translating research-grade problems into production-ready services. He holds an M.S. in Software Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Science, and brings a curious, multidisciplinary perspective informed by both product-facing UI work and backend architecture. Colleagues would note his blend of technical rigor and editorial attention to code quality—an uncommon mix for an architect-level practitioner.
