Top SchoolJonathan Chen is a serial founder and technology executive with 11 years of experience building and scaling product-driven startups across healthcare, logistics, finance, and govtech. As President & Co-CEO and founder of Nitra, he’s leading an AI-enabled platform automating back-office finance for healthcare practices, after raising $62M from top-tier investors. He co-founded FiscalNote, where he built the initial legislative prediction engine, scaled engineering from 1 to 50, and helped take the company public, demonstrating deep expertise in data platforms and ML-driven products. Jonathan pairs hands-on engineering (early career work in Python, Django, Ruby on Rails, and legacy code integration) with operator-level leadership—repeatedly turning rapid prototypes into acquisitive exits like Boba Meets Bagel and OrangeNow. He advises multiple startups and market makers, bringing a knack for growth strategies and a pragmatic blend of product, data science, and infrastructure. Based in New York, he combines technical depth with an atypical taste for building high-velocity consumer launches alongside mission-driven healthcare infrastructure.
