Summary
👤
SeniorJonathan Claeys is a business and technology leader with a decade of experience building and scaling hosting and infrastructure services as CEO and founder of Rad Web Hosting and DomainBox.io. He combines hands-on operations—24/7 data center presence and custom REST API reseller platforms—with a marketing background (BS, UT Dallas) to create partner-first, white-label hosting solutions that drive retention above industry averages. Jonathan’s career blends sales leadership and product ownership from enterprise IaaS deals to bespoke integrations, improving partner onboarding and go-to-market motion on minimal budgets. He is pragmatic about automation and efficiency, having layered multiple automation tiers into Rad’s platform to lower integration barriers for digital agencies and MSPs. Based in Dallas, he also maintains direct operational roles across his companies, reflecting a founder who still owns delivery as well as strategy. A less obvious strength: he leverages retail sales and account-management roots to translate technical offerings into profitable, customer-focused commercial programs.
