Top SchoolJonathan Constantinides is a software engineer with nine years of multidisciplinary experience spanning software, hardware, and network communications, shaped by a Computer Engineering degree from UMBC. He has moved between hands-on security engineering and leadership roles—most recently as VP of Engineering at HiveWatch—bringing practical expertise in infrastructure, automation, and secure distributed systems from companies like Cisco, Bird, and Subspace. Jonathan combines systems-level thinking with a developer’s curiosity, often drawing on his early hobbyist programming and hardware background to bridge low-level constraints with scalable software designs. Based in Germany, he pairs technical work with a communicator’s mindset, enjoying mentorship and cross-disciplinary collaboration, and outside work expresses the same focus through rock climbing, running, drumming, and singing.
