Top SchoolJonathan Goncalves is a global commercial executive with 17+ years driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and execution turnarounds across Latin America, Eurasia, and the Middle East. As a senior leader at The Coca-Cola Company, he has led region-wide RGM, RTM and digital execution programs that delivered outlet expansion, cooler turnarounds, and double-digit uplifts from segmented pricing and new pack innovations. He builds integrated marketing-commercial frameworks and AI-enabled platforms—such as SAFIRA and Pricing CoPilot—that scale across complex bottler/franchise systems. Known for turning declining portfolios into growth engines, he restored category leadership in Brazil and scaled Occasion-Based strategies from niche pilots to half the region. A proven talent-builder and collaborator, he forges cross-industry partnerships (Diageo, Mondelez, Kellogg’s) to unlock joint commercial value. Based in Brazil with a London Business School management certificate, he blends field execution grit with strategic digital transformation expertise.
