He has driven UX and scalable design system efforts at Volkswagen Group Future Center and now leads creative technology at Rivian, connecting design and engineering across complex organizations. A founder-operator at heart, he launched a social commerce startup and shaped product and growth at Techstars/Disney-backed SnowShoe and HOVER, where his work improved conversions and shipped customer-facing AI/3D features. Jonathan’s background spans visual direction for artists and brands, teaching web development at General Assembly, and contributing to a semi-autonomous prototype patent—evidence of his cross-disciplinary impact.
