Senior🎓
Top SchoolJonathan Manera is a DevOps Engineer with 8 years of experience building and operating secure, scalable backend systems using Java, Python, and Go. He has a strong track record in payments and telecom domains—delivering PCI-compliant real-time payment platforms, HSM-based encryption integrations, and TM Forum–aligned solutions—while applying GitOps, IaC (Terraform on GCP), and DevSecOps practices. Jonathan pairs hands-on service development (Spring Boot microservices, Apache Beam/Dataflow pipelines) with test automation (Serenity, Cucumber) and observability, having owned load testing, SAST/DAST remediation, and deployment planning. Comfortable mentoring and collaborating in Agile teams, he brings fluency in English and Spanish and an engineer’s degree in Systems Engineering from Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico. A pragmatic problem-solver, he jokes that building a Java app means “first invent the universe,” reflecting a sense for design trade-offs and engineering rigor.
