Top SchoolJonathan Neo is a data engineer with nine years of experience building petabyte-scale data platforms and developer tooling, currently helping scale Canva’s data warehouse and CI/CD workflows. He combines hands-on engineering—Python, dbt, Terraform, Kubernetes, Snowflake/Redshift—with platform design, documentation and training to shift teams from tribal to institutional knowledge. Founder of Data Engineer Camp and host of DataEngBytes, he trains and connects talent placed at major tech firms while championing open-source orchestration as an advisor to Elementl. His background spans consulting and in-house roles delivering lakehouse architectures, metadata-driven ingestion, and MLOps for enterprise clients, and he brings a rare mix of product thinking, teaching experience, and measurable business impact.
