Based in Concord, NC, he currently engineers solutions at ShiftKey while also running Lost Boy's K9 Academy, evidencing an uncommon blend of production-grade software skills and small-business ownership. His background ranges from building backend systems and integrations to leading solution architecture at Marsh, reflecting comfort across the stack and in cross-functional collaboration. Jonathan trained through Lambda School and several practical trade programs, bringing a hands-on, pragmatic approach informed by earlier careers in locksmithing and entrepreneurship. Colleagues rely on him to tackle new challenges and ship reliable systems quickly, and he pairs that delivery focus with curiosity about product and operational details that others often overlook.
