Top SchoolJonathan Widawski is a founder and product-focused UX leader with 11 years of experience building user-centered platforms and teams from early startups to Series B scale. As founder of Maze, he helped grow a remote-first company used by 60,000 customers worldwide to make continuous product discovery a practical, team-wide habit. He previously led UX at Bam.tech, established scalable research and training programs, and built consumer products like Pin.gg that tackled social friction in gaming. Comfortable shifting between strategy, research, design and product execution, Jonathan has repeatedly turned qualitative insights into measurable product decisions. Based in New York with an entrepreneurship degree from EMLV, he combines startup grit with structured design processes and a knack for scaling teams across distributed environments. An under-the-radar strength is his track record of embedding UX training and repeatable research practices into organizations so design capability outlasts any single project.
