Top SchoolJoni Halabi is a Senior Web Manager at Georgetown University with 12 years of experience building scalable, accessible WordPress ecosystems and content architectures across education, non-profit, and e-commerce. Known as a self-described “middle-end” developer, she crafts custom Gutenberg editor blocks, led a university-wide WordPress framework used by 400+ units, and drove WCAG 2.2 AA compliance efforts. She pairs hands-on engineering—PHP, Twig, Gutenberg API and migration scripting—with technical documentation and public speaking at conferences. Outside work she writes about life as a single mother by choice and channels her creative side into running, live music, and occasional baking, bringing a pragmatic yet human-centered approach to digital experiences.
