Summary
👤
SeniorJoni Juup is a founder and design-driven engineer based in Turku, Finland, who blends two decades of creative curiosity with a decade of focused professional experience building AI-infused products and interfaces. As Founder and CDO of Intentface and Head of Design at Nordic Venture Family, he designs, prototypes and helps implement generative AI and LLM solutions—most notably the Kollaprompt prototyping tool—while still shipping front-end code. His background spans product design, brand, UX and occasional full-stack development for AI, web3 and mobile use cases, giving him a rare ability to translate research and market insight into production-ready interactions. Joni’s career traces back to early entrepreneurial web work and hands-on agency roles, so he pairs strategic R&D thinking with practical delivery and a penchant for building playful, human-centered tooling.
