Senior🎓
Top SchoolJono Young is a Senior User Experience Designer with nine years of experience building product-led design systems and AI-driven experiences, currently shaping healthcare philanthropy products at GOBEL. He combines hands-on UX execution—from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes—with product strategy and cross-functional leadership, having launched multiple SaaS platforms and community products that drove measurable growth and retention. Jono has a track record of scaling teams and processes—migrating tooling to Figma, establishing analytics-driven decision frameworks, and implementing full SDLCs that improved delivery and monetization. His work has repeatedly turned complex enterprise workflows into simpler, revenue-driving products (including a redesign that tripled MRR and projects that secured major contracts). Based in Mount Pleasant, SC, he balances leadership with a maker’s discipline from founding WePiphany and mentoring teams, and outside of work he’s an avid runner, cyclist, and Stoic who brings pragmatic calm to high-stakes product decisions.
