Top SchoolJoost Schouten is a founder and organisational designer with 13+ years in tech and over two decades helping people do work they care about, currently co-founding Nestr.io and Yanomo while partnering at PowerShift Capital. He blends hands-on product and engineering origins (Java web and SaaS experience) with deep expertise in self-organisation, governance and purpose-driven incentives, coaching organizations from startups to DAOs. Joost has delivered change as a Holacracy trainer, agile coach and keynote speaker internationally, and helps rewire legal, capital and decision structures so purpose scales effectively. Based in Christchurch, he pairs practical software delivery experience with unusual fluency in organisational economics and regenerative finance, making him as comfortable shipping a product as redesigning the system that supports it.
