Top SchoolJordan Garcia is a Senior Software Engineer and engineering leader with roughly a decade of experience building customer-facing products and identity/access platforms across startups and large health-tech organizations. He has progressed from hands-on development roles at Tigerspike and TodayTix to technical leadership and engineering management at Invitae and Labcorp, and now leads engineering at Nest Genomics (YC W22). Jordan is skilled at scaling teams and systems to deliver reliable, secure experiences—particularly around portal and identity workflows—and has helped guide an acquisition integration firsthand. Based in Miami, he blends product-focused engineering with practical leadership, favoring pragmatic solutions that reduce operational risk and speed delivery.
