Top SchoolJordan Hambleton is a Staff Solutions Architect focused on Bigtable at Google with 11 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise storage systems. He combines deep technical roots from roles at NetApp and Sun Microsystems with product and strategic cloud engineering experience at Google and Cloudera, enabling him to bridge architecture, operational needs, and product direction. Jordan has led and scaled solutions teams, translating complex distributed-system requirements into reliable, production-grade deployments for large customers. His background in both product management and hands-on engineering gives him a rare perspective on prioritizing customer impact while guiding technical strategy. Based in San Francisco, he holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science/Software Engineering from San Jose State University and is known for turning low-level storage and database constraints into pragmatic system designs. A detail that sets him apart is his cross-functional fluency—equally comfortable diving into code, shaping product roadmaps, and advising executive stakeholders on cloud data strategy.
