Top SchoolJordan Kay is a Senior Engineer based in Philadelphia with over a decade of professional iOS and macOS engineering experience, currently contributing to platform work at The College Board. He has repeatedly modernized and modularized large codebases—from Walmart’s grocery app and Twitter’s mobile platform to fintech and healthcare clients—favoring patterns like MVVM, service layers, and composable architectures. As founder of Fleuronic LLC and chief mobile architect at CultivR, he has delivered reusable open-source frameworks and CI-integrated tooling that accelerated team delivery. Jordan pairs product-focused feature work (reducing support load via improved flows) with careful API and UI architecture decisions, and has a background in academia and NLP research from Penn that informs his systematic approach to design. He’s comfortable leading interface and layout strategy as well as pragmatic platform integrations such as payments and buy-now-pay-later systems.
