Top SchoolJordan Violet is a hands-on technology leader with 11 years of experience building developer communities, tools, and programs that drive measurable business impact. As VP of AI & Emerging Technologies at Netwrix and former Head of Developer Relations at SailPoint, Jordan grew community engagement, launched high-ROI ambassador programs, and built SDKs, CLIs, and an open-source docs platform that scaled developer enablement. They combine engineering chops from GE’s elite leadership rotations—shipping embedded and cloud systems in C++, Python, and Node.js—with a user-first approach to adopting AI across the enterprise. Known for turning complex developer problems into practical tooling and events (including a 1,200+ attendee developer conference that generated significant pipeline), Jordan prefers learning by doing and documents insights broadly. Based in Ohio, they’re expanding their footprint in open source while helping organizations bridge the gap between what AI makes possible and the people who make it real. An often-overlooked strength is their knack for reducing costs dramatically through creative technical solutions, from virtual event platforms to product hardware redesigns.
