Top SchoolJordy De Graeve is an experienced retail team leader based in Aartselaar with nine years in customer-facing and operational roles, currently serving as Assistant Teamleader at C&A. He combines a calm, responsible demeanor with strong empathy and teamwork, while also thriving when working independently. His background includes hands-on logistics as a loader and early experience in insurance sales, giving him a practical mix of operations, customer advice, and dossier follow-up. Trained in accounting and IT at Pius-X, he brings structured planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills to daily store operations. Colleagues rely on his flexibility and willingness to learn autonomously, and he consistently tackles obstacles rather than avoiding them. Not obviously visible from his title, he has formal exposure to communication techniques and client acquisition from his student role in insurance, which informs his customer-first leadership style.
