Senior🎓
Top SchoolJörg Drescher is a Senior Java Consultant with over a decade of experience delivering enterprise-grade Java solutions, from JavaEE and Spring architectures to cloud-native deployments with Kubernetes and Kafka. He combines hands-on full-stack development—backend Java, frontend Angular/TypeScript, and database design—with technical project leadership and quality management across digital transformation initiatives. His background includes leading migrations, building data warehouses and KPI systems, and automating CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Ansible and Docker, demonstrating strong operational and delivery discipline. Comfortable mediating between business and engineering, he often serves as the interface for stakeholders while driving PoCs and feasibility analyses to de-risk complex projects. Though primarily Java-focused, his early work and GitHub profile show practical experience in C++, Qt/QML and C#—an indicator of breadth that helps when integrating heterogeneous systems. Based in the Greater Dresden Area, he blends architectural rigor with pragmatic engineering to move legacy environments toward modern, auditable platforms.
