Top SchoolJorge Celaya is a Senior Software Engineer based in the Greater Chicago Area with five years of hands-on experience across full-stack web development and machine learning. At Northern Trust he modernized developer tooling with a React micro-frontend framework and a TypeScript CLI ecosystem, and built Spring Boot microservices and onboarding apps that sped time-to-production for banking clients. Comfortable across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure (React, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Kafka, SQL, Docker), he blends pragmatic engineering with a focus on developer productivity. A lifelong learner who started as an intern at DocuSign and moved through QA and tech associate roles, he brings both breadth and practical delivery experience to complex projects. Notably, he prioritizes tooling and collaboration improvements that amplify team velocity, not just feature output.
