Summary
👤
SeniorJorge Cupi is a Technical Project Manager based in Bogotá with 13 years of experience bridging software engineering and program management, most recently leading AI-driven enterprise search projects at IntraFind after a long tenure at Microsoft. He combines hands-on engineering chops—cloud architecture, serverless, conversational AI and ML—with stakeholder-facing program leadership for Fortune 500 customers, shaping requirements into production solutions. At Microsoft he moved between roles from developer to evangelist to business program manager, giving him rare fluency across product, partner enablement and technical delivery. Jorge’s background in mobile development and ongoing interest in cognitive services mean he both understands low-level implementation tradeoffs and strategic AI opportunities. Outside work he’s an avid cyclist, swimmer and reader, traits that reflect a disciplined, curious approach to problem solving.
