Senior🎓
Top SchoolJorge De Castro is a Site Reliability Engineer based in Madrid with nine years of experience building and operating Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms for large enterprises. He develops Go-based CLIs and REST services, contributes to CI/CD pipelines using Tekton and ArgoCD, and designs systems for multi-tenant cluster management and secure SSH access. His background in telecommunications engineering and early work automating Cisco ACI migrations give him strong grounding in both networking and cloud-native software. A former IBM DevOps and network specialist, he combines on-call incident experience with automation-first thinking to improve reliability at scale. Off the clock he still plays guitar and once learned the hard way about the power of shell commands—an anecdote that underscores his pragmatic, curious approach to engineering.
