Top SchoolJorge Galindo is a founder and product-marketing leader with 11 years of experience scaling software companies from small studios to a 100+ person, $15M+ ARR business and successfully exiting through acquisition. He blends hands-on engineering roots with executive roles across product, marketing, and creative leadership—helping reshape teams at 47 Degrees and later embedding that culture into Xebia Functional. Based in Cádiz, he now applies AI-driven creative research at Predictable Machines while continuing to support developer communities like Hamiltoncoding and onerecord.club. Known for turning technical depth into repeatable go-to-market playbooks, Jorge also has a habit of building conferences and hubs that amplify technical talent beyond core product work.
