Top SchoolJorge Gallardo is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience combining deep research in recommender systems with 3 years of hands-on blockchain engineering, specializing in DeFi and NFT smart contracts. He holds a PhD focused on context-aware and group recommendation and authored delfos, an experimentation library used to evaluate and compare recommendation algorithms. In industry roles he has designed trustless asset management, token-gated NFT sales, royalty splits, cross-chain bridges, and DeFi incentives, bridging research-grade algorithms with production-grade middleware and indexers. Comfortable as an architect and individual contributor, he has led blockchain architecture at startups and now drives engineering at Neoke. Based in Andalusia, Spain, he brings a rare blend of academic rigor in computational intelligence and practical expertise in distributed systems and big data. An understated strength is his ability to translate complex recommendation research into reusable libraries and production features that improve personalization and on-chain utility.
