Top SchoolJorrit Jorritsma is an entrepreneurial founder and sustainable innovation consultant with nine years of recent focused experience and two decades of leadership across consumer brands and purpose-driven ventures. After co-founding and leading Millican for over a decade, he took a sabbatical to recalibrate and now channels that clarity into Changemakr, helping organisations align their purpose with net‑positive business models. He also advises Impact International on regenerative business practice and works hands‑on with makers like TOG Knives and Guppyfriend, blending strategy with practical product and operational insight. Comfortable at the intersection of commerce, craftsmanship and climate, he brings proven global commercial leadership from roles at Kangol and Bollman to mission-led innovation. Based in Keswick, he pairs reflective, travel‑informed creativity with a track record of scaling brands and cultivating cultures that prioritize people and planet. Notably, his sabbatical didn’t slow him down—it repositioned his career toward measurable impact rather than pure growth.
