Top SchoolJosé Castañeda is a seasoned CTO and co-founder with 10 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering high-traffic eCommerce platforms and integrations. He combines deep Magento expertise (Magento Certified Developer PLUS) with proven AWS architecture, CI/CD and DevOps practices, having led projects for major Mexican retailers and Coca‑Cola’s first consumer eCommerce in Mexico. Equally comfortable in code and strategy, he has driven performance tuning, security hardening, and search/observability solutions (Elasticsearch, ELK) to turn complex retail requirements into reliable production systems. His background includes international development experience in Germany and a track record of building engineering teams and aligning technology to business growth. Notably, he pairs practical server-level skills (Docker, Jenkins, AWS) with product-focused architecture decisions that scale during seasonal traffic spikes.
