Top SchoolJose Conti is a growth-driven marketing executive with 20+ years of international experience leading brand and omnichannel strategies across LATAM, Europe and the U.S., currently serving as Sr. Director Brand Marketing for Glade at SC Johnson with full P&L ownership. He has repeatedly translated retail and digital insights into commercial impact—driving double-digit improvements in iROAS, optimizing retail media and digital shelf performance, and turning SKU and pack changes into top sellers. Equally comfortable setting global playbooks and running hands-on eCommerce execution, he pairs a rigorous analytics mindset with creative brand-building and team leadership. Fluent in Spanish and English and trained in digital marketing at Kellogg, he combines an engineer’s discipline from an aerospace degree with pragmatic change leadership in complex matrix organizations. An often-overlooked strength is his track record of embedding 1P retail data into full-funnel strategies to materially improve audience targeting and conversion.
